Our IT professionals can develop training courses and course plans aimed at learning the general IT concepts and/or introducing young/novice enthusiasts to coding, computer awareness, digital innovation and new technologies. The courses we offer, constantly updated to new technologies, are held by dedicated professionals and focus on the tools used professionally to carry out our work.
The courses can be organized at our office, at the customer’s site/company or delivered through a web meeting platform (Zoom, Cisco WebEx, Skype for Business etc.).
Each course includes:
- Practical exercises in the form of multiple choice tests, to check the students’ level of learning.
- Attendance certificate, issued via Digital Badge.
- Summary handout, in PDF format, containing a summary of the topics covered.

Introductory course that provides an overview of the main IT risks related to the daily browsing experience and illustrates the best practices to follow to protect themselves, with a focus on the correct and conscious use of e-mail and web browsing.
Virtual Private Networks
This course introduces the concept of VPN: what it is, how it works and what impacts it can have on online security. The course also illustrates the steps necessary to acquire (or request) a personal or corporate VPN service to access your network infrastructure in a secure manner and / or to browse online in a more secure manner. The course will explain how to get, acquire, purchase and/or implement the most renown and widespread free and/or paid solutions available on the market for all types of VPN: Kerio VPN, OpenVPN, Surfshark, ZenMate, NordVPN, and so on.
On-premise Cloud Storage with NextCloud
This course explains the characteristics of the data retention model on network infrastructures and / or virtual servers hosted on its premises (on-premise), dedicated servers (off-premise) or services offered by third-party providers (SaaS). The course will explain how to get, acquire, purchase and/or implement the most renown and widespread free and/or paid solutions available on the market: OwnCloud, NextCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, and so on.
This set of courses are dedicated to the agile methodology adoption in software development, explaining how to properly implement it and providing practical examples on some of the main ways of agile work organization and team: Scrum, Kanban, user stories, Extreme Programming, DevOps, and so on.
Specific courses for the use of Windows and Windows Server operating systems, ie the main Linux distributions (CentOS, RHEL, Debian, Ubuntu, Scientific Linux, etc.)
